Our History

Established in 1985, As corporate lawyers and corporate counsel, we handle legal matters for businesses, advising on formation, compliance, contracts, M&A, governance, and litigation. At Alfa Sentosa & Partners, we recognize that legal challenges in the business world can arise at any time.
